Blackstrap Molasses Barrel-Aged Coffee - VERY LIMITED RUN!
We took organic beans from the highlands of El Salvador and let them rest for a few weeks in black strap molasses rum barrels (that are hard to get) rich with fresh rum remnants. Time and patience did the rest. What came out is deep, dark, and honest - the kind of coffee that tastes like it’s got a story to tell.
You’ll catch the smoke of old sugarcane, a pull of dark chocolate, and that slow-burn warmth only rum can leave behind. It’s not sweet. It’s not polite. It’s the kind of cup that makes you slow down and listen.
