We roast organic, single-origin coffees right here in the Blue Ridge Mountains-small batches, fresh every week. Our lineup pulls from high-elevation farms in Ethiopia, El Salvador, Peru, and beyond, always ethically sourced and processed. Light to dark roasts, including decaf and barrel-aged specials, nitrogen flushed for freshness and shipped the week after we roast them. (weekend orders go out Tuesday).
